SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping Policy

  1. We offer standard shipping for all order(s) made on 57xiang.com within Malaysia. For the time being, we do not ship globally.
  2. All local order(s) made on 57xiang.com will be shipped via courier. We will take full responsibility for any damage or loss occurred during transit.
  3. We deliver order(s) to West Malaysia within 3 working days and East Malaysia within 5 working days if the ordered products are in stock.
  4. In the event that an item is determined to be defective due to manufacturing error, defective materials or the mishandling by our logistics partners, 57xiang.com will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the defective or damaged item(s) in the original packaging and replaced with the new item.
  5. If the purchased item(s) received is defective on arrival, customers should email to support@57society.com with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the defective area within 48 hours from date of receipt.

Collect Policy

  1. The Collect service is free of charge. By choosing Collect, customer can select the pickup service centre they want to collect their order(s) from. For customers that selected other locations besides the available service centre, they will be required to pay a minimum shipping charge per transaction.
  2. Customers are advised to inspect the item(s) on the spot before they are asked to sign the “Delivery Order Form”. Once the form is signed, we will no longer accept any return or refund.
  3. Customers or customers' designated person are required to present their Identification Card (IC) for verification and sign our “Delivery Order Form” as a proof of delivery acceptance of the order(s).

Return Policy

  1. If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 7 days.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  5. We will provide you with a refund of the purchase price excluding any financial charges imposed from the online payment gateway or processing bank if the order has not been processed.
  6. This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customized product, using a promotion code or by discount coupon.
  7. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
