Q: If I have purchased the Pendant for relationship, do I still need to have the Pewter Frame?
A: Yes. Pewter Frame is to be placed at home for environmental purpose.
 
Q: What's the difference between the lower price-range Pendants compared to the higher price-range Pendants?
A: Product materials are the main reason for the different price range.
 
Q: Why is there no category for Personalised/Customised Products?
A: Our Personalised/Customised Products are designed and crafted according to specific customer requirements. Please enquire our Customer Service personnels for more information.
 
Q: Is there a product that serves the purposes of career, health and relationship?
A: Yes. We have certain personalised products which serve combination of purposes. Please enquire our Customer Service personnels for more information.
 
Q: What if I want to understand more about the knowledge of numbers?
A: We do have workshops and courses. Stay tuned!
 
Q: Are there any other branches beside Klang Valley?
A: We have only the Kota Damansara Office at the moment. However we do have pick-up points at Penang, Ipoh, Seremban, Bintulu and Kota Kinabalu.
 
Q: Can I walk-in for further consultation what are the charges?
A: You may make appointment with us @ 03- 6157 4997. Consultation is free of charge.
 
Q: Can I lend my jewellery to my family member?
A: Yes, provided that both the enamel colour and number are suitable for your family member. You may consult our professional consultant for further understanding before lending to anyone.
 
Q: Is trade-in service available?
A: Trade-in service is not available at the moment.
 
Q: How long do I need to wait to receive the product after making the payment?
A: Most of our products are hand crafted and it needs time to be made in its best form. For ready-made product, you will usually receive it within one week if the stock is available. Otherwise, the production and delivery will take about four to six weeks.
 
Q: If I am from overseas and keen to understand more about your products and services?

Q: Do the products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, they do. Different products have different types of warranty. You may check with our Customer Services for more information.
 
Q: Is mobile number or car number plate calculation service available?
A: Yes we do have Mobile Number Selection Service. Car number selection service is not available at the moment.
 
Q: How long can I receive name selection?
A: Usually it is 3 working days for newborn baby and 14 working days for adult.
 
Q: Where can I see the product selling price?

Q: Is there any book to study the knowledge?
A: Not at the moment.
