REPAIR SERVICE PROCEDURE

Step by step

  1. Login to 57Society webpage: https://main.57society.com scroll down to the bottom to choose > Customer Service > Repair Service Procedure, then print the disclaimer form.

  2. Step 1, Customer have to fill up the disclaimer form and agree the terms and conditions
    第一步, 顧客需要填維修免責聲明表格

  3. Step 2, Customer have to take photo for the product & need send to Service Department by WhatsApp or send by Email
    第二步, 顧客需要拍要維修的產品照片然後發送去維修部門的聯繫號碼又或是發送郵件

  4. Step 3, customer have to take photo for the packaging and the consignment note send to Service Department by WhatsApp or send by Email
    第三步, 包裝好了後,顧客需要拍一張照片和追踪號碼,然後發送到維修部門的聯繫號碼又或是發送郵件

Terms & Conditions / 規則與條例

  1. Once customer agrees & signs for the disclaimer form, the customer shall be bound by the terms & conditions.
    一旦客戶同意並簽署免責聲明表格,客戶將受規則與條例的約束。

  2. The Company shall not be responsible for any product loss or damage to the product sent for repair during delivery to us. Hence, please ensure that you provide the tracking number in advance.
    产品在送修过程丢失或损坏,本公司不承擔任何責任。

  3. Any shipping fees incurred for sending the product to repair shall be borne by the customer.
    郵寄維修產品到本公司,客戶需自付運費。

  4. The shipping fees to return the product shall be the customer's responsibility if the customer decided not to proceed with the repair services.
    如果拒絕維修,客戶需承擔送返運費。

  5. The Company shall reject any product that does not belong to us and the shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.
    公司有權拒絕不屬於本公司的產品且運費將由客戶承擔。

  6. The estimated repair time to return shall be 4-6 weeks.
    維修往返時間估計需約4-6週

  7. Please place the Repair Disclaimer Form and product in a secured mailing box or a bubble envelope to ensure the product is securely protected.
    將維修免責聲明表格和商品放入安全的郵箱或氣泡信封中,以確保商品受到周全保護。

  8. The customer and our Company shall ensure the product is shipped via a recognised Malaysia/Singapore courier service company to ensure the product is handled properly to everyone's satisfaction.
    客戶和本公司應確保商品是通過馬來西亞/新加坡認證的快遞服務公司發貨,以保障各方滿意度。

  9. Repair warranty shall be 3 months from the actual collection date or the receipt date if by courier.
    從接收日期計算起(通過郵寄),公司提供維修保固期為三個月。

  10. ONLY Cash payments or Bank Transfers to our Company's bank accounts are accepted. The bank details are as follows :-
    僅接受現金付款或銀行轉賬到我們公司的銀行帳戶。 銀行資料如下:-
